The Law Offices of Ben-Haim, Cohen & Galis is the product of a merger between the Law Offices of "Ben-Haim – Cohen" and advocate Roy Galis. The Firm which has two offices, in Ramat-Gan and Haifa, is headed by three partners.

The Firm, founded in 2004, specializes in transactional, administrative and civil litigation (Judicial Representation), real estate, planning and zoning, trade law, municipalities and cooperatives. The Firm provides legal services to corporations, municipalities, business and personal clients, both local and international, and provide full service in all legal fields – civil, transactional, and administrative – with an emphasis on personal quality professional service at the highest level.

The Firm has a great deal of professional experience and special expertise in planning and construction. Attorney Zvi Ben-Haim is considered one of the active and leading attorneys in litigation (judicial representation) in this field, and also served as part of a team of leading Israeli lawyers who advised the Prime Minister's office, as part of the preparatory work for the substantial reform in planning and construction, which was initiated by the Prime Minister's office.

The firm represents, among others, various Planning and Construction Committees and Attorney Ben Haim serves as prosecutor for the Attorney General in criminal proceedings in this field.

Litigation is the heart of the legal system an constitutes a cornerstone and a central component in the work of the Firm, which represents clients in legal proceedings in commercial, administrative and civil matters in almost all areas and judicial tribunals, including civil courts (peace, district and supreme), the High Court of Justice, administrative and local courts, arbitration, rabbinic courts, mediation, the Commissioner of Land and the like.

Litigation is a specialty in its own right and in recent years awareness is rising in Israel, that not every lawyer can conduct legal proceedings before various courts at a high level. The Firm has particular expertise in litigation and accumulated experience in managing over a thousand legal proceedings before the various courts. The Firm is very experienced in Real Estate in all types of transactions, including the escort of transactions and projects under preparation and construction, land zoning change, utilization of land and accompanying entrepreneurs and project. The legal service provided by the Firm in real estate is complete, tight and comprehensive, and begins from the initiation stages, through the surveillance of property, project design, construction, marketing, sale or rental. The Firm has a long experience with local authorities and provides ongoing counseling and representation to local authorities in all areas. The Firm currently serves as the external legal counsel to the Merom HaGalil regional council, as the external legal counsel to the Safed municipality in the field of labor law (and advices to the council in other issues) and as legal counsel to Kfar Hasidim. Attorney Ben Haim served up to 2007 as external legal counsel to the Safed municipality.

The Firm represents various cooperative societies and was also appointed as an arbitrator on behalf of the Registrar of Cooperative Societies in accordance with the Cooperative Societies Ordinance and Cooperative Societies Regulations (arbitration disputes), 1972. In addition, the Firm represents companies and individuals against local authorities and cooperative societies on various issues, including disputes between members of cooperatives societies, conflicts between members of the associations among themselves and conflicts between different societies.
